What’s the why behind this company?
A few years ago, I was a beginner nail tech, just like many of you out there now. Straight out of nail school, I was very unsure of which direction to go or how to start. One thing I did know, was that I had already fell in love with acrylic nails and I wanted to build my expertise within this art form! But, I ran into a problem...I couldn't figure out how in the world to apply it successfully.
To me, "successfully", meant in my application process, I was able to build an apex, control the bead (of acrylic powder ), not flood the cuticle, and KNOW without question, that I wasn't using products that contained some form of the harmful MMA ingredients. I tried many of the common brands out there today, but many I struggled with adapting to their system...so I created my own.
Eventually, I was able to create a system of acrylic powders that fit within my idea of a successful acrylic application. It went something like this:
Successful Application = Product Must Contain These Attributes
1. "I was able to build an apex" = provide a formula containing extra fine polymer powders using only the highest quality ethyl methacrylate (EMA) ingredients
2. ", control the bead (of acrylic powder)" = provide a formula that self-levels, being able to be moldable/have enough workability for beginners, yet being comfortable enough for those who have been around the block
3. "not flood the cuticle" = provide a formula that has a medium setting time, working with all traditional application methods (one bead, two bead, three bead, etc. acrylic application techniques)
and like that, Nita's Nails Galore was born!
Though starting as a small company, our goals above remain true to our origin! Nails are near and dear to my heart, as I'll never forget the times I've spilled my last little bit of monomer, the late nights practicing application (even still), crying because the nails came out horrendous, and then living to see another day, just to do it all over again!

Are these products safe?
You couldn't wear acrylic nails with unhealthy natural nails underneath...at least you shouldn't. But yes, we factor in nail health! That's why we use the highest quality EMA polymer powders for a smooth acrylic application. We do not use MMA in the formulation of any of our products as it is banned in many states, and overall is harmful to the natural nail.
All glitters used in our glitter acrylics are solvent resistant and will sustain being exposed to to nail monomer. Our glitters will easily break down when doing soak offs/acrylic enhancement removals when using 100% acetone.
When will I receive my order?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days and all USPS shipping times are displayed at checkout. Shipping times are 3-5 days if you choose Standard shipping and 1-2 days when you choose Priority shipping at checkout.
Discounts Info
At this time, discount codes are unable to be combined. If you are trying to enter a discount code and it won't take, check your cart summary (at the checkout page) to see if any discounts have already been applied to your cart. You do have the option of choosing which discounts you wants to use.

Shipment Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days not including major holidays or weekends. Please allow 1-3 business days to ship your order. Orders will not ship out on Sundays or Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed. Please factor in processing times and shipment delivery times to determine when your order will arrive. We also encourage you to download the 'Shop' app at checkout for up-to-date, informed delivery of when your order will arrive!
Shipment Delivery Times
All orders will be delivered via USPS rates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and be displayed at time of checkout. Please factor in processing times and shipment delivery times to determine when your order will arrive. See above for information on processing shipment times.
- International Shipping is available, however Expedited International shipping (and by air) is currently unavailable at this time
- Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days
- Priority Shipping is 1-2 business days

Where is my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are sent out once your order is ready for shipment. You will not receive a tracking number while your order is in the processing stage. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24-48 business hours for movement to show on your tracking number.
I entered the wrong address..what do I do?
Don't freak out! As long as your order has not been shipping out yet, we can easily update the shipping address! As soon as you notice this error, email us at nitasnailsgalore@gmail.com with

Once orders are shipped, we are unable to update the shipping address.

Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm
Business hours are eastern standard time. Orders placed after 6pm will begin processing the following business day. Order processing and shipping is paused on weekends and holidays.
Return Policy
If you feel that an error occurred with your order you must notify us in email within 72 hours of when you have received your order. Errors include receiving the wrong product, receiving the wrong quantity of product or manufacturing issues. If this description applies to you, we will happily assist you in making it right/fixing possible mistakes.
Other than what is described above, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
I think my package is lost..what now?
Nita's Nails Galore LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages under any circumstances. Once we ship your order out, it then becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Should your item become lost or damaged, we will do our best to assist you in the process of handling it with the carrier, which may involve filing a claim or submitting a missing package search . However, the process ultimately falls in the hands of the carrier and their policies and procedures regarding this matter.
What payments do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal, AfterPay (buy now pay later) ShopPay (buy now pay later) and all major credit and debit cards.
Afterpay and ShopPay have their own policies on whether or not you can use their services and what the minimum order amount is required when using their services.
